My passion is co-creation, in which supposedly unsolvable problems get solved by a completely new way of thinking. I call myself a notorious game changer who regularly leaves the beaten track, in order to help the clients to gain a real competitive advantage. I’ve collected my experience at large Swiss companies both as an employee and as a member of management. I am looking back on 15 years of management experience of and a co-responsibility for the backbone of the Swiss national payment system. In addition, I am running a software engineering factory focused on rapid technology innovation.
Thomas has over 22 years of experience as a project manager and consultant in software integration and development projects. Since 2008, he has been intensively involved with the topic of agility and was able to gain a lot of experience regarding the introduction and application of agility in his own as well as other organizations.
Jan Schmutz, Professor for applied psychology at the university of Zürich.
His research focuses on the effects of team processes and climate variables, particularly psychological safety, on the individual and the team. Jan has more than 10 years of experience studying and training teams in a wide variety of settings, including medicine, firefighting, and Antarctica. As a scientific consultant, Jan assists PURE in measuring and training psychological concepts. With his deep research background and expertise, Jan is an indispensable partner when it comes to optimizing team performance.
